DESCRIPTION:This class takes place once a week for seven weeks. \n\n\n\nProject Management is one of the most critical aspects of the entire construction process. Without effective project management\, the best conceived projects risk failure. A skilled and well-trained project manager\, functioning like a head coach\, can organize and direct the wide-spread range of project planners\, materials\, and equipment to bring about a successful\, satisfying and profitable end product. \n\n\n\n***Attendance\, class participation and completion of assignments are important.
