DESCRIPTION:Presented by Performance Systems Development and the Penn Energy Codes Program\n\n\n\nThis Program will concentrate on the findings of PSD's recent energy code field study\, where field staff visited 171 residential new construction sites to evaluate the effectiveness of energy code implementation in eastern Pennsylvania.
