DESCRIPTION:Training includes:\n\n\n\nPA UCC Residential Code Update: Part 1\nThis session will review the implications of transitioning to 2018 ICC base codes\, discuss PA\n\nlegislative and RAC amendments\, and dive into some highlights of the new code provisions for\n\nresidential construction. Per the requirements of Act 45 of 1999 as amended\,\n\nthe Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (UCC) Review and Advisory Council (RAC)\n\ncompleted the review of the 2018 I-Codes on April 29\, 2021. The code provisions adopted during this process will take effect in the first quarter of 2022\, with the official effective\n\ndate to be confirmed.\nPA UCC Residential Code Update: Part 2\nThis session will build on Part 1 by providing an overview of the most substantial changes\n\nbetween the 2015 and 2018 ICC base codes for residential construction.\n\n\n\nAttendees will enjoy the expansive lunch buffet during a break between the presentation of the two modules.
