Did That Just Happen? Accident Investigation

Seminar Description:
How many accidents has your company recorded in the past year? Does that number include the number of incidents? Or, aren't they reported? This is an informative session on action/approach for responding to incidents, investigating incidents, analyzing information, determining root causes, and taking corrective actions.
Complete exercises and case studies to demonstrate an understanding of the six step process of incident investigation. Build skills to solve real world problems more efficiently and effectively every time!

The course will provide participants the opportunity to learn the six step process for incident investigation.

  1. Recognize why it is important to conduct incident investigations.
  2. Identify the benefits of doing incident investigations.
  3. Identify the steps involved in a systematic approach to incident investigations.

This course is designed for safety managers, human resource professionals, members of safety committees, and anyone else responsible for investigating workplace injuries/illnesses, property losses, or equipment damage.
