This course will focus on the skills necessary to manage a job from award of the contract to receipt of the final payment. Class is limited to 20 people.

Persons who have been in a project management position for up to two years, or who are being considered for that position, as well as project coordinators and foremen who would benefit from a larger scope of understanding the construction process.
Attendance, class participation, and completion of assignments are important. Each student will be expected to give a presentation as part of this course.
