Are you passionate about bringing architectural visions to life? CCS Building Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team, guiding new construction and renovation projects from concept to completion. As a Project Manager with CCS, you'll be at the helm of high-quality, custom projects ranging from $2M - $60M, working alongside a talented team of architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to exceed expectations and drive company success.
What You'll Do:
- Lead & Collaborate: Work closely with our Pre-construction teams to shape project design and scope, offering valuable insights that influence planning and contracts. You'll lead negotiations, ensuring our risk management, pricing, and financial goals are met.
- Manage Teams & Schedules: Oversee and optimize project staffing, ensuring peak performance and efficiency. Develop and implement construction schedules that align with project goals and contractual obligations.
- Enhance Communication: Foster strong communication channels between field staff, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, design teams, and office management, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Financial Oversight: Take charge of project budgets, provide financial reporting, and make necessary adjustments to maintain cost control. Work with our Business Manager on monthly billing applications and follow up on payments.
- Ensure Quality & Safety: Partner with field management to uphold and exceed quality standards and safety protocols, ensuring every project meets our rigorous benchmarks.
What You Bring:
- Experience & Education: A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, with 8+ years of commercial and/or multi-family construction project management experience
- Skills & Proficiency: Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and multitasking ability. Strong communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, Microsoft Office, and job costing software (experience with Viewpoint Vista and Planswift is a plus).
