This class takes place once a week for seven weeks.
Project Management is one of the most critical aspects of the entire construction process. Without effective project management, the best conceived projects risk failure. A skilled and well-trained project manager, functioning like a head coach, can organize and direct the wide-spread range of project planners, materials, and equipment to bring about a successful, satisfying and profitable end product.
***Attendance, class participation and completion of assignments are important. Each student will be expected to give a presentation as part of this course.
